NEW * HIRAETH ONLINE ADHD FOUNDATION PROGRAMME
Can we create a new paradigm for how we approach Neurodiversity and ADHD ? I think we can.
I created these courses after many years of working with neurodivergent clients who felt trapped in cycles of anxiety, depression and self-doubt. I knew it didn’t have to be this way.
My approach works across multiple levels: biological, emotional, mental and energetic, offering a path that moves us beyond simply coping toward truly thriving.
This invites a new paradigm. One in which rather than viewing ADHD or neurodivergence as a deficit or disorder to be managed, we begin to see it as a unique constellation of strengths, sensitivities and creative gifts that are profoundly needed in the world.
This NEW programme is a trauma-informed, embodied journey of healing and self-discovery, designed especially for neurodivergents and sensitive people.
Rooted in years of experience working with ADHD, trauma and somatic healing, the programme follows the Moving Journeys Map.
A seven-module pilgrimage through the cells and systems of the body, inspired by the Hero’s Journey.
Key Features:
7 live online sessions (2 hours, bi-weekly)
Somatic Movement, Breathwork, Craniosacral Therapy
Energy practices, Trauma-informed inquiry & meditation
ADHD coaching & embodied tools for regulation
Supportive, inclusive community space

THE MOVING JOURNEYS MAP
Over the many years of working with ADHD I have developed a MAP with these 8 stepping stones on the journey.
The sensing, feeling, breathing body is our guide on this journey.
As a therapist specialising in ADHD I too often see clients with ADHD traits feeling stuck and suffering from depression, anxiety and addiction
I passionately believe it does not have to be this way.
Whilst medications can play their part I offer an alternative or complement to this.
At Moving Journeys I address ADHD and Neurodiversity on multiple levels—biological, emotional, mental, and energetic—in doing so we can create a more sustainable and empowering way to navigate life with neurodiversity.
By embracing this wholistic perspective, we move beyond simply “coping” with ADHD and seeing it as a deficit and move towards a deeper understanding of ourselves and our unique strengths.
We can manage the struggles whilst realising our gifts and our potential.
