Craniosacral Sound Bath
Ease into the weekend with Feel Good Fridays at The Hearth
A sound bath is a deeply immersive, full body listening experience that uses sound and vibration to invite a gentle journey of deep relaxation, healing and self-discovery to nurture your mind, body and soul.
The sounds produced by this beautiful set of Alchemy Crystal Sound Bowls will send your mind and body into a deep state of relaxation.
We will start these sessions with an craniosacral embodied meditation, that will first guide you on a deep cellular healing journey. This process will take your body/mind into a healing space where it may release what it no longer needs and find rest and relaxation. I will then play the beautiful crystal sound bowls to enable you deepen into this state and allow the sound vibrations to work their magic!
Journey Into the Heart
Join me as I join with Marcella Howard for this day workshop, A gentle explorations into the heart. Marcella and Henrietta will support your journey with craniosacral based movement, touch and relational practices designed to foster reconnection—with yourself, with others and with the deeper field of presence. This is an opportunity to slow down, listen inwardly, and rest into the quiet vitality of the heart.
Movement Circle
Join me for an evening of gentle, craniosacral-led movement, meditation and breathwork. Designed to support the Neurodivergent Circle and open to all, this practice offers a chance to reconnect with the body, restore calm and find deep rest.
Monthly Neurodivergents’ Circle
The Women’s Neurodivergents’ Circle is a safe space for women to share their experiences with neurodiversity and meet with like-minded people. My focus is always on exploring the creative abilities of the Neurodivergent way of being whilst supporting the struggles this can present. We'll discuss the joys, the struggles, and everything in between over tea.
