An Embodied Journey of Healing, Regulation and Reconnection

The Invitation

What This Work Offers

This transformative programme invites you on a journey of personal growth, healing and embodied exploration. It offers an embodied map for your inner journey — one that follows the ancient pattern of the Heroine's Journey, but instead of travelling outward, we travel inward: through breath, nervous system, bones, fluids, heart and cells.

The body becomes the territory. The living landscape through which your journey unfolds.

We begin by building the inner ground of safety, so the nervous system can find balance and rest. You learn practical tools for regulation, grounding and self-trust — work that has been especially developed with neurodivergence in mind. We explore the patterns that shaped you: not to fix something broken, but to understand how you adapted and to begin choosing differently.

Through guided Craniosacral Meditations, Andean nature medicine, Breathwork and Somatic and Movement practices, the journey will guide you to release old patterns that no longer serve you, reconnect with your natural intuition, creativity and vitality, and rediscover your inherent health and wholeness.

This is trauma-informed work, held within a clear therapeutic framework and supported by contemporary neuroscience — particularly in relation to nervous system regulation and trauma integration. The programme is supported by regular live online gatherings, where we come together to share, explore and integrate the journey as a community.

▶ Listen What the ARC Process Is

Overview

What the ARC Process Is

The ARC Process is a series of online programmes, supported by workshops and retreats, that guide participants through a structured, embodied journey of personal development. It is both a framework and a lived method — designed to be experienced and practised over time, not consumed as a course.

The work draws on over fifteen years of experience and training across dance movement psychotherapy, craniosacral therapy, breathwork, psychedelic-assisted therapy, Kriya Yoga and Qigong. These disciplines are woven into a single, coherent framework — bridging therapeutic, somatic and energetic approaches in a way that is rarely held within one structured programme.

The ARC Process is developmental, not outcome-driven. It is relational, not performative. It is process-led, not prescriptive. And it is communal — rooted in shared practice rather than dependency.

At its heart, the ARC Process provides three things: a framework — the three-point triangle of Awareness, Regulation and Coherence; a method — practical practices within each point of that triangle; and a series of structured pathways through which participants engage with the journey. All programmes follow the inner arc of the Heroine's Journey, strengthening nervous system and emotional regulation, deepening embodied awareness and personal sovereignty, and creating the conditions for a more coherent, alive and connected way of being.

▶ Listen The Framework — the Triangle and the Arc

The Framework

The Triangle and the Arc

The ARC framework is built on two distinct but inseparable things: a triangle and an arc. Understanding the difference between them is the key to understanding how this work is structured.

The Arc

The shape of the journey itself. A curve that rises, reaches and returns — mirroring the inner arc of the Heroine's Journey. Every pathway follows this shape: beginning at the periphery, travelling inward through deeper layers of experience, and returning with something essential reclaimed. The arc describes how transformation moves.

The Triangle

The framework you carry on that journey. Three interrelated capacities — Awareness, Regulation and Coherence — located in three centres of the body. Structural and precise. It tells you what you are developing and where.

The arc is the journey. The triangle is the map.

Awareness — Energy and Perceptual Work

Developed through sensing, subtle perception, somatic movement and energetic attention. Awareness opens gradually from basic body sensing into more refined and expanded states of inner experience — relational sensing, energetic perception, a growing capacity to feel the field of life within and around you.

Awareness opens the field.

Regulation — Somatic and Nervous System Work

Developed through the body and nervous system: vagal toning, breath and rhythm awareness, grounded movement and cranial-based approaches. Regulation creates the conditions for safety, adaptability and resilience — without which meaningful change cannot take hold.

Regulation creates the ground.

Coherence — Breathwork and Integration

Cultivated primarily through breathwork, which becomes the bridge between body, mind and energy. Coherence is not imposed — it emerges as the system begins to organise, as the ground becomes stable and the field opens.

Coherence is what becomes possible when the ground is stable and the field is open.

Who This Is For

Who This Work Is For

This work is for people who experience anxiety, inner dysregulation or a persistent sense of pressure — and who are seeking a way of working with themselves that does not rely on quick fixes or external authority. They are often already drawn to body-based or contemplative practices, even if they do not identify as overtly spiritual.

Many are creatively oriented, neurodivergent or attentional-different, and have felt poorly served by linear, outcome-driven approaches to personal growth. They are looking for something that offers both breadth and depth: not only nervous system tools, but a genuinely integrated approach that includes breath, somatic practice, energetic awareness and embodied understanding.

They are not looking to be told what to do or who to become.

This Work Is Also for Practitioners

Including those working in craniosacral, somatic, breath-based or therapeutic modalities who are seeking greater integration, coherence and personal depth. For them, this is not about acquiring more techniques or qualifications — it is about returning to the foundations that support presence, regulation and relational capacity within their work.

The Ecosystem

The ARC Ecosystem — Pathways and Programmes

The ARC Process is not a single course. It is an ecosystem of interconnected pathways, each designed for a different moment in the journey and a different depth of engagement. What they share is the same framework, the same direction of travel, and the same essential invitation: to learn to live from the body's own intelligence.

The Main Pathways

The Neuroemergent ARC

An accessible foundation designed specifically for neurodivergent individuals, sensitive nervous systems and those with ADHD. Approaches neurodivergence not as a deficit to be managed, but as a set of capacities to be understood and worked with. Six modules covering breathwork, vagal practices, ADHD-informed coaching and introductory meditation. Can be taken as a standalone or as an entry point into the full ARC Process.

The ARC Pathway

The full personal development journey through all three points of the triangle. Twelve modules offering complete integration of Awareness, Regulation and Coherence, supported by bi-weekly live discussion and integration sessions.

The ARC Practitioner Pathway

The same twelve-module journey framed for professional development. Designed for coaches, therapists and practitioners who wish to deepen their own regulation, presence and embodied coherence — and to bring this depth to their work with clients.

The Creative ARC

For artists, musicians, writers and anyone seeking to reconnect with their creative self through an embodied lens. Supports a deeper felt sense of creativity, greater access to flow states, and a more grounded and inspired creative practice.

Specialist Pathways — The Triangle Courses

Shorter, focused programmes exploring a single point of the triangle in depth. Examples include: Awareness — ARC Andean Nature Medicine, ARC Qigong, Working with Craniosacral Energies. Regulation — ADHD and Trauma, NeuroReflexes. Coherence — ARC Craniosacral Breathwork, Breathwork for Creatives.

What Makes This Different

What Makes This Work Different

A guided personal journey — not a prescriptive model. Trauma-informed without a pathology focus. ADHD-aware and neurodivergent-affirming — not purely coaching-based. Spiritual without bypassing — exploring expanded awareness while remaining grounded in body and lived reality. Somatic without reductionism — the body met as a living intelligence, not reduced to mechanics.

Rooted in the archetypal Heroine's Journey, translated into a practical, embodied pathway. Integrates body, mind and energy within a single three-point framework. Grounded in science while remaining open to the subtler dimensions of human experience.
